Profitably Recycle Paper Cores – a Job for the PHH Core Shredder

Robust and bulky paper cores pose a particular challenge for disposal processes in paper and corrugated board processing. They cannot be transported via conveyor belts, and cores cannot be compacted in container and baling presses. Although paper cores are a valuable resource, they have previously been disposed of separately and often at a cost. This expensive special handling costs money and time. Shredded paper cores, by contrast, can be easily integrated into existing recycling processes. This increases waste-paper revenues, minimizes storage space, and reduces personnel and logistics costs.

Up to 120 paper cores (length: 3 m) per hour are shredded fully automatically by this robustly built machine.
