Shredder System Dedusting

Creating dust-free environments is our goal. This is not only important for the health of employees, but it also increases the lifespan of machines and equipment. Thus, effective dust extraction not only leads to higher employee motivation, but also to longer machine life and reduced cleaning and maintenance costs.

During the pre- and post-shredding stages in recycling plants, dust development is significant. Our system captures and extracts only the dust directly at the source of generation, ensuring safe collection. We also offer tailored solutions for challenging fume extraction.

Höcker Polytechnik also has extensive experience in this area. Particularly in terms of how dust is captured, the sizing of the systems, and new ideas for preventing dust deposits in pipelines, we are the industry leader, and our advice is sought both domestically and internationally.

The required air volume is determined by us, based on bandwidth, material type, and throughput. We have already successfully integrated all common shredders into our dust extraction systems.

The associated Höcker Polytechnik filter systems and fans, with capacities of up to several 100,000 m³/h, are custom-designed by us and adapted to local conditions.
