PHSS shredder for die cutting waste

Höcker Polytechnik shredders in the PHSS series are fast-running single-shaft shredders with a stripper for crushing lead edges, large-format die cutting and solid fibre board or corrugated cardboard skeletons. The PHSS shredder is tailored to meet the requirements of modern automatic cutting presses: Waste volumes up to 10,000 sheets/h with a format up to 1,600 mm can be processed. Even large-size die cutting waste can be conveyed by air and additional booster shredding fans are not needed.

Different versions of the PHSS shredders are positioned below the stripping station or at the end of the conveyor belt in the area of the lead edge station.

The more powerful PHSS shredders with a rotor diameter of 400 mm are installed at the end of a conveyor system to dispose of die cutting from more than one die cutting machine. The large, high-capacity PHS-O series shredders are used for large-scale plants.
