Low-emission heat

Biomass heating facilities

Höcker Polytechnik air heaters are multiple flue boiler constructions, developed for low-emission burning of any kind of wood scrap. The integrated dedusting advice reduces the dust emission at a minimum. Primary and secondary air can be adjusted separately at the PT-U. By the means of a lambda sensor the O² regulation assures an optimal air-fuel ratio. The air circulation is controlled by a thermostatically, low-noise radial fan. Three basic types with different heat performances allow multiple range of missions.

The burning chamber is welded out of special steel and optimally shielded by a coated lagging. The sophisticated air guide assures high effectiveness and low emission values. The burning zone is provided with heat-proof and heat storing moulded bricks. Höcker Polytechnik air heaters complain with the regulations of the Trade Wood Association and the TRD 414.
