Clean air at the Cape of Good Hope Industrial systems "made in Hilter" achieves international acclaim

Whereas the German national team during WM 2010 in South Africa has to content with third place, German industrial technology "made in Hilter" was able to notch up more success in South Africa: HÖCKER POLYTECHNIK GmbH now is major share holder with 51% of Clean Air Group (Pty) Ltd. based in Cape Town (South Africa). After Stzregom in Poland, Moscow in Russia and Luzern in Switzerland, Cape Town is the fourth independently working international location of the machinery and plant engineer from Hilter. Numerous sales agencies in Germany and abroad complete the network of HÖCKER POLYTECHNIK GmbH.
Clean Air Group (PTY) Ltd ha its origin 2007 bringing together the companies Clean Air Company and Ventair and by the majority has been part of Plymovent, a Holding based in the Netherlands. Plymovent reduced its shares to 14%. Other share holders are Peter Stone (managing director), Gavin Bennetts (sales director) and Patrick Forbes (managing director controlling & finance). The Höcker Polytechnik brand has already been successfully represented by Clean Air Group (Pty) Ltd. in South Africa since 2009. According to their own reports the company is technology and quality leader in South Africa. An own production, experienced project managers and qualified technicians and service personal in Cape Town are a perfect base to sell filter systems, briquetting presses and complete installations for air quality control and process waste disposal made in Germany even in the southern hemisphere. And of course the Plymovent and Euromate brands are still represented in Sub-Saharan Africa.

For Höcker Polytechnik the participation in Clean Air Group (PTY) Ltd is a further significant stepp towards growing markets out of Europe. More than 160 employees (thereof 20 apprentices) generated in 2011 a turnover of more than 30 million Euro in the Höcker Polytechnik headquarter in Hilter and in numerous branch offices and sales agencies in Germany and abroad. Höcker Polytechnik is the market leader for dedusting and filter plants and for pneumatical feed systems used in the printing and corrugated cardboard industries in Germany and is one of the leading European suppliers of briquette presses, as well as of dust removal plants and tools for wood working companies and many other industries. Established in 1962 the company built worldwide more than 45.000 systems in almost 50 years.
