Air separation for waste sorting facilities

Windshifting for waste sorting systems is particularly used for the partition of light and coarse fractions. The different residual waste fractions are transported by conveying belts towards the material separator. The exactly dimensioned air stream leads the air stream towards the shifter where the light and coarse materials are separated. A pipe system from the windshifter leads the air to material separator where the captured waste fractions are discharged.
